Please read and understand all Reservation Terms to the left of this page. By making a reservation with us you are agreeing to these terms.

We ask that all of our guests respect and observe government and PHE/PHS guidelines during their visit to our restaurants. This includes adhering to physical distancing measures, and keeping reservations made up of people from no more than the household limit established for each city.

Reservation Terms

Reservations
We are temporarily not accepting walk-ins to our restaurants. All guests must have a reservation before visiting us.

Number of guests per reservation
Fazenda Manchester and Fazenda Liverpool: the maximum number of guests will be 4 and they must be from only one household pursuant to local restrictions in place. If you wish to make a reservation for a larger household please contact our reception teams (manchester@fazenda.co.uk / liverpool@fazenda.co.uk) and they will be happy to help.

For our other English restaurants the maximum number of guests per reservation is 6. Following latest government guidelines reservations will not have a household limit starting from 14th September 2020.

For Fazenda Edinburgh the maximum number of guests per reservation is 6 and following latest PHS and government guidelines they must be from up to 2 different households (children under 12 years of age from those two households do not count towards the limit). From 14th September 2020 we ask that all our guests (unless exempted) wear a face covering when entering the restaurant and whenever not seated at their table.

To maintain physical distancing guidelines and avoid waiting times at reception we will limit the number of guests to twelve every 15-minute interval.

Cancellations & Deposits
PLEASE NOTE: We will require card details for all reservations for our restaurants. You will not be charged upon making your reservation, though we require a minimum notice of 24 hours should you no longer wish to fulfil it. Card details are security stored in our reservations system. Failure to cancel your reservation with the requested notice will result in an automatic £10 charge per person.

Arriving at our restaurants
In order to observe physical distancing guidelines safely and effectively, we ask that all guests arrive promptly and punctually. Please note, you may need to join a short queue outside, and a member of our team will be on hand to assist you and take you to your table.

In order to keep our guests and team as safe as possible, we will be carrying out guest temperature checks on arrival. Should anybody in your party present with a temperature as per PHE/PHS guidelines, unfortunately all members of the party will be unable to dine with us. During this time, we will not be able to accommodate you in our bar or terraced area before your reservation and we will not be operating a cloakroom.

Test and Trace/Test and Protect
Due to our responsibility as a restaurant, we are unable to accept and confirm a reservation without the full and correct name, contact number and email address of ONE designated person of the party. Should the need arise, we will share relevant contact details with public health authorities.

Fazenda Edinburgh: Following updated government guidelines in force from 14/8/20 – if your reservation is made up of guests from more than one household, you will need to provide the contact details (email and telephone number) of ONE representative from each household. You must also state the number of guests per household dining.

Children
We welcome children of all ages and believe we provide a great atmosphere for families to enjoy the restaurant experience. In the evening if guests wish to make a reservation with children under the age of 8 please do so for no later than 6pm. When making a reservation please count children in the total number of guests and let us know if you need a high chair or space for a pram/pushchair.
Please note: We politely request that children are always supervised and remain seated at the table to allow our teams and other guests to move around the restaurant safely and maintain physical distance.

Halal Meats
Halal reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. You can find more details about our halal selection in our menu page.

Allergens
The team at Fazenda take food safety very seriously and particularly so when it concerns allergens in food. It is very important for us that our industry supply this important information on the food we serve to our guests. On arrival we can provide our guests with a detailed list of allergen information upon request.

Dress Code
Fazenda’s dress code is elegant smart casual. We do not require gentlemen to wear jacket and tie, however, we do not permit sportswear or beachwear.

Smoking
In line with legislation passed in 2007 Fazenda is a no-smoking restaurant. We do not allow e-cigarettes inside either.

Pets & Guide Dogs
Animals are not accepted unless assisting guests with disabilities.

Photography
Guests are allowed to take photos and videos for personal use inside the private dining room, gardens and on the terrace. Due to COVID-19, we will not be able to accommodate any photography requests for professional or educational purposes until further notice.
