Reservation Terms

All guests must have a reservation before visiting us.

We welcome children of all ages and believe we provide a great atmosphere for families to enjoy the restaurant experience. In the evening if guests wish to make a reservation with children under the age of 8 please do so for no later than 6pm. When making a reservation please count children in the total number of guests and let us know if you need a high chair or space for a pram/pushchair.
Please note: We politely request that children are always supervised and remain seated at the table to allow our teams and other guests to move around the restaurant safely and maintain physical distance.

Dress Code
Fazenda’s dress code is elegant smart casual. We do not require gentlemen to wear jacket and tie, however, we do not permit sportswear or beachwear.

Number of guests per reservation
The maximum number of guests you will be able to book for online will be 6. If you wish to make a reservation for a larger number of guests please contact our reception teams ([email protected] / [email protected] / [email protected] / [email protected][email protected]) and they will be happy to help.

To avoid at reception we will limit the number of guests we welcome every 15 minutes.

Cancellations & Deposits
PLEASE NOTE: We will require card details for all reservations for our restaurants. You will not be charged upon making your reservation, though we require a minimum notice of 72 hours should you no longer wish to fulfil it, or reduce the booking size. Failure to cancel or amend your reservation with the requested notice will result in an automatic £10 charge per person.

Card details are securely stored with our card payment provider Stripe. Stripe complies with all Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. We do not hold the details or have direct access to them. Details will be held only for as long as they are required based on the transaction type and subject to regulations.

We take both cash and card payments. 

Halal Meats
For us to ensure we can provide the full selection of halal meats, please make your reservation 48 hours in advance and write ‘halal’ in the comments when booking or mention it to our team if booking over the phone. You can find more details about our halal selection in our menu page.

The team at Fazenda take food safety very seriously and particularly so when it concerns allergens in food. It is very important for us that our industry supply this important information on the food we serve to our guests. On arrival we can provide our guests with a detailed list of the key 14 allergens present across our menus. Please note we cannot guarantee there won’t be any cross-contamination in our food or drinks. If you suffer from an allergy or intolerance please let your server know before you order.

In line with legislation passed in 2007 Fazenda is a no-smoking restaurant. We do not allow e-cigarettes inside either.

Pets & Guide Dogs
Animals are not accepted unless assisting guests with disabilities.

Guests are allowed to take photos and videos for personal use inside the private dining room, gardens and on the terrace.
