Here at Fazenda Rodizio Bar & Grill, we are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible environment for both our employees and guests. Our goal is to both anticipate and meet the needs of everyone.

If you have a disability or medical condition that requires accommodation, please let us know in advance so we can work with you to make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. This includes but is not exclusive to guests with mobility limitations, chronic illnesses, sensory sensitivities, learning differences or other hidden disabilities. Our team are trained in helping all guests feel equally welcomed and we believe understanding, compassion and flexibility are the key to achieving this.

Our restaurants have accessible entrances and restrooms, and our menus can be provided in large print. We are always happy to discuss how we can implement any other accommodations that would improve your experience dining with us.

All on-street parking surrounding our restaurants is free and without time limit at both metered and 'pay and display' sites when a blue badge is displayed. Parking in designated disabled bays within car parks is also free and without time limit unless the sign states otherwise.

Please let us know in advance of your visit if you have any additional needs so our team can help further.

FAZENDA LEEDS

Our entire restaurant is at ground level, including our main entrance.

Our all-gender, accessible restroom is located in the central area of our restaurant, next to our other restrooms. Please speak with a manager if you need assistance locating or accessing this restroom during your visit.

We are located 2 minutes away from Leeds Train Station, which has step-free access via both the South Entrance as well as New Station St, City Square and the short stay car park entrances.

FAZENDA LIVERPOOL

Our restaurant is at ground level, excluding our main entrance. The restaurant is a listed building therefore our ramp facilities are not a permanent fixture at our entrance. Please notify us in advance when reserving should you or your guests require use of our accessibility ramp. Upon arrival you will see a button at our entrance to alert our team.

Our all-gender, accessible restroom is located to the left of our reception area. Please let our team know if you need assistance locating or accessing it during your visit.

Accessible bus stops are located approximately 100m away from both the restaurant and Moorfields Station, which also has accessible entrances. Parking spaces can be found on Exchange Passage West, Exchange Street West and the High Street. These are all 'Pay & Display' spaces but are free for blue badge holders.

FAZENDA BIRMINGHAM

Our restaurant and main entrance are at ground level, however our small Private Dining Rooms do have steps down to them. Unfortunately because of this, they are not wheelchair accessible as a ramp is unable to cover the length of the steps. However, our large private dining room is located at ground level and therefore accessible to all guests.

Our all-gender, accessible restroom is located in the middle of the restaurant near our large private dining room. Please let our team know if you need assistance locating or accessing it during your visit.

We are located 3 minutes away from Snow Hill Train Station, which has step-free access to all platforms.

FAZENDA MANCHESTER

Our entire restaurant is at ground level, including our main entrance. If accessing via Deansgate, there is a lift to the right of the stairs towards our restaurant entrance. Upon approaching our external main door you will see a button to alert out team should you require the double doors opened.

Our all-gender, accessible restroom is located near our reception area. Please let our team know if you need assistance locating or accessing it during your visit.

FAZENDA EDINBURGH

Our entire restaurant is at ground level, including our main entrance. Please contact our Reception Team on 0131 215 1234 upon arrival if you require assistance with our external doors. There are drop-off bays outside the restaurant on Castle Street.

Our all-gender, accessible toilet is located at the back of the restaurant, where our baby changing facilities are also located. Please let our team know if you need assistance locating or accessing it during your visit.

FAZENDA BISHOPSGATE

Our restaurant is spread across two floors, with an lift to access both.

Our all-gender, accessible restroom is located on the first floor. Please let our team know if you need assistance locating or accessing it during your visit.

The nearest tube station to the restaurant is Liverpool St, which has step-free access to all platforms.

  • Reservation Terms

    Online Reservations
    Tables of up to 10 guests can be booked straight from our website (9 for Fazenda Birmingham and Edinburgh).

    For larger tables please contact [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] and our Reception Teams will be happy to help with your enquiry.

    After making your reservation you'll receive a confirmation email. Should you not see this in your inbox after a few minutes please check your spam/junk folders. Do let us know if you have not received it and we'll be happy to help.

    Dress Code
    Our dress code is “elegant smart casual”. We do not require gentlemen to wear jacket and tie, however, we do not permit sportswear (gym wear) or beachwear.

    Children
    We welcome children of all ages and believe we provide a great atmosphere for families to enjoy the restaurant experience. In the evening if guests wish to make a reservation with children under the age of 8 please do so for no later than 6pm (reservation durations vary depending on the number of guests so please note the reservation cannot go beyond 8pm). When making a reservation please count children in the total number of guests and let us know if you need a high chair or space for a pram/pushchair.
    Please note: We politely request that children are always supervised and remain seated at the table to allow our teams and other guests to move around the restaurant safely and maintain physical distance.
    Lastly, please note that children under 16 years of age need to be accompanied by an adult to dine.

    Cancellations & Deposits
    We might require card details for some reservations. Your card will not be charged upon booking and your details will be securely processed by Stripe.

    If you no longer wish to keep your reservation, please let us know with as much notice as possible. Should you cancel your reservation or reduce the booking size less than 24 hours before your reservation date and time, a charge of £10.00 per guest will be processed.

    Halal Selection
    Halal reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

    Allergens
    The team at Fazenda take food safety very seriously and particularly so when it concerns allergens in food. On our website you can view allergen information on our Menu page. When visiting us you'll have access to it via our menus and also on our Market Table.

    Smoking
    In line with legislation passed in 2007 Fazenda is a no-smoking restaurant. We do not allow e-cigarettes inside either.

    Pets & Guide Dogs
    Animals are not accepted unless assisting guests with additional needs.

    Photography
    Guests are allowed to take photos and videos for personal use inside the private dining room, gardens and on the terrace. At the moment we are not able to accommodate any photography requests for professional or educational purposes until further notice.

    Can I have drinks at the bar?
    Absolutely, and reservations are not needed in advance for our bar areas.

    They are indeed, via our reservations page.
