Reservation Terms

• Reservations are available via our website for up to 8 guests. For larger enquiries please contact our Reception Team on [email protected].

• Please note, for reservations of up to 14 guests card details will be taken to secure them

• Reservations of 15 or more guests are subject to a deposit of £20 per person, which is due within 7 days upon booking. These reservations will also incur a minimum spend which will be specified by our Reception Team. Pre orders for food and drink need to be placed 7 days before your reservation, at which point, we will also require the minimum spend to be settled. Please note, we operate a 7 day cancellation policy after which deposits are non-refundable. All pre-orders made are final and we are unable to swap items on the day. Exceptions may be made but only at Fino's discretion.

• Same-day reservations can be booked up until 12pm via our website. For late requests please contact our Reception Team on [email protected]

• Fino is located on the ground floor of Fazenda Bishopsgate. Accessible restrooms are available via our lift. The lower section of our bar has limited accessibility; please let us know in advance of your visit if you have any additional needs so that our Team can help further.

• For Fino reservations including children, we operate an over-18 policy from 8pm.
