Terms
Sign ups
a. Memberships only to be approved via their work email address.
b. If you move company, the points will move with you.
Reservations
a. Reservations must be made in advance by email ([email protected]) or by the exclusive reservation widget that has been shared with you.
b. Please note that reservations made through other channels or third-party platforms are not eligible for benefits
Credit Accumulation
a. Points will start accruing from the date of confirmation of registration with Fazenda Méritos.
b. Previous visits made before registering with Fazenda Méritos will not count towards point accumulation.
c. Points are awarded based on the number of covers booked.
d. Points are only added after the reservation has taken place.
Credit Validity
a. Accrued points are valid for a period of 6 months before they are reset. Gift cards of the accrued points will then be given.
b. Unused points after the 6-month period will not carry over to the next cycle.
c. Accrued points can only be redeemed at Fazenda Bishopsgate.
Cancellations and No Shows:
a. Points will not be rewarded for reservations that are cancelled or result in no-shows.
