Duties & Responsibilities

As a Passador you will prepare, cook and serve meats in accordance with set procedures that safeguard the health and safety, food hygiene and quality standards (quality of the meats and how they are presented and served) in order to maintain a safe, clean and tidy environment and ultimately generate high levels of guest satisfaction and exceed their expectations.
