This will be an unforgettable evening that brings together the rich traditions of our South American cuisine and The Lakes Distillery’s exceptional whisky craftsmanship. This special event celebrates the time-honoured pairing of premium cuts of meat and finely crafted single malts, offering a dining experience where tradition and innovation come together in perfect harmony.
Your journey begins with a specially-crafted welcome cocktail in our ground-floor bar, Fino. From there, we will move to our private dining room to enjoy our signature Churrasco Experience which will be expertly paired with a selection of whiskies from The Lakes Distillery.
The Lakes Distillery, much like Fazenda, draws on a deep connection to its surroundings and a commitment to perfection in every drop. As you enjoy Fazenda’s signature cuts of premium meat, you’ll taste the craftsmanship behind three of The Lakes’ finest single malts—including limited editions—each chosen to complement the rich flavours of the meal.
To round off the evening, we’ll offer guests an exclusive tasting of a prototype whisky, a rare opportunity to preview a future release, showcasing The Lakes’ continued innovation in whisky-making.

Please note: Spaces are limited for this event and we recommend booking early, as these events tend to fill up quickly. Guests must be over 18 years of age and tickets must be purchased in advance. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when purchasing your ticket; we will aim to make any reasonable substitutions. No substitutions can be made for the whiskies served. The ticket price includes 4 x whisky tasters and our Pampas Menu. Any additional drinks or desserts will need to be purchased separately. Tickets are refundable only up to 72 hours prior to the event date, after which no refunds will be processed. Tickets are fully transferable to another guest provided this is communicated to us via email at least 24 hours prior to the event.
