What is the Wagyu New York Strip?

This is a premium cut of beef, renowned for its tenderness and striking flavours. Originating from the Wagyu breed of cattle, this cut is known for its exceptional marbling, which refers to the fine streaks of intramuscular fat that enhance both the deliciously distinct flavour and juices of the steak. At Fazenda, this steak is 500g of thick cut, 100% full-blood grade 9 Wagyu Sirloin, meaning it’s among the highest grades, and therefore ensuring a rich tasting experience with this premium cut of beef.
