Moqueca

Let us introduce you to our colourful vegan 'Moqueca', a fragrant tomato and coconut milk stew, brimming with sweet and fresh vegetables. Seasoned with turmeric and cumin, its spicy warmth contrasts with the sweet smoothness of coconut beautifully. Tomatoes lend their rich umami flavours to the stew, as sweet peppers and onions add a delightful crunch and aroma to this soulful dish. Accompanied by fluffy white rice, crisp butternut squash chips and sweet fried banana, this vibrant one-pot wonder is bursting with comfort. Tortelloni de Beterraba e Requeijão

Our decadent vegetarian 'Tortelloni de Beterraba e Requeijão' fills tender pasta pillows with roasted beetroot and creamy goat's cheese for a sweet and earthy flavour experience. We finish the pasta parcels with a citrusy basil garnish that incorporates brightness into the earthy decadence of the dish. The herbal notes and acidity serve to cut through the richness of the cheese, making each bite a truly refreshing journey for the palate. Topped with crispy pea shoots for an added textural crunch, this combination represents vegetarian Italian-influenced Argentinian cuisine in every bite.

This includes both our Market Table selection, boasting an array of continental cheeses, fresh salads and vegetables, as well as any of our Brazilian and Argentinian hot side dishes, served by request directly at your table.
