Introducing Our New Bar Food Menu
This week we're excited to announce the launch of our brand-new Bar Food Menu, Fazendeiros!
About Our Bar Food Menu
Available at our bars and/or on our terraces, it perfectly blends Argentinian and Brazilian cuisines to create a menu filled with authentic flavours and dishes.Our Executive Chef Fran Martinez has perfectly combined classic flavours from our roots to create a wide and varied menu with dishes that are bound to please every palate. It contains 10 different options, 5 for each of our native countries, and it has a sweet treat for each as well.
Fran told us "I'm very proud of our new Bar Food Menu at Fazenda; I think it brings a truly unique selection of flavours and traditions from our roots in South America that our guests are sure to love."
On this post we share a little bit more about a few of the delicious dishes available on this menu.
Choripán
This Argentinian pork sausage sandwich is definitely one not to miss, Fazendeiros. Filled with chorizos unique to Fazenda and topped with cheese & Chimichurri, it's the perfect accompaniment to a drink at our bar.Coxinha de Morcela
Our black pudding and potato croquettes are something a little bit different. Delicious fried potato is stuffed with black pudding, and is topped with a spicy sriracha sauce. One bite will leave you wanting more, Fazendeiros.Churros
After eating some amazing food, it's never a bad idea to finish off with a sweet treat. Our Brazilian churros are unlike any other. Filled with rich dulce de leche and served with an indulgent dulce de leche sauce, they're simply perfection.Alfajores
These traditionally Argentinian delights are one of our favourites here at Fazenda. Two cookies sandwich a layer of thick dulce de leche, and are coated in both milk and white chocolate. We can't get enough of them!

Online Reservations
Tables of up to 10 guests can be booked straight from our website (9 for Fazenda Birmingham and Edinburgh).For larger tables please contact [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] and our Reception Teams will be happy to help with your enquiry.
After making your reservation you'll receive a confirmation email. Should you not see this in your inbox after a few minutes please check your spam/junk folders. Do let us know if you have not received it and we'll be happy to help.
Dress Code
Our dress code is “elegant smart casual”. We do not require gentlemen to wear jacket and tie, however, we do not permit sportswear (gym wear) or beachwear.Children
We welcome children of all ages and believe we provide a great atmosphere for families to enjoy the restaurant experience. In the evening if guests wish to make a reservation with children under the age of 8 please do so for no later than 6pm (reservation durations vary depending on the number of guests so please note the reservation cannot go beyond 8pm). When making a reservation please count children in the total number of guests and let us know if you need a high chair or space for a pram/pushchair.
Please note: We politely request that children are always supervised and remain seated at the table to allow our teams and other guests to move around the restaurant safely and maintain physical distance.
Lastly, please note that children under 16 years of age need to be accompanied by an adult to dine.Cancellations & Deposits
We might require card details for some reservations. Your card will not be charged upon booking and your details will be securely processed by Stripe.If you no longer wish to keep your reservation, please let us know with as much notice as possible. Should you cancel your reservation or reduce the booking size less than 24 hours before your reservation date and time, a charge of £10.00 per guest will be processed.

In line with legislation passed in 2007 Fazenda is a no-smoking restaurant. We do not allow e-cigarettes inside either.Pets & Guide Dogs

Absolutely, and reservations are not needed in advance for our bar areas.Are Christmas reservations available?
