On this week’s blog we celebrate our first anniversary in the beautiful city of Edinburgh, Fazendeiros.
Fazenda Edinburgh opened its doors in February 2018 on George Street, and we couldn’t be more delighted to be located in such a gorgeous city. It’s no secret that the Scottish Capital has a truly special food scene, being particularly renowned for its beef. We knew we had to be a part of this and bring our South American roots and we are honoured to have been welcomed by you all with open arms.
It’s no secret that our Edinburgh team are one of the key factors behind the work that we do and everything we achieve. They’ve been working to the best of their abilities every day, and are always striving to be greater. We couldn’t be more grateful to have them, Fazendeiros. We thank them all daily for their hard work.
From the greeting by our reception team to the knowledge of our bartenders and the skills of our managers, chefs and waiting team, they have been ensuring that our guests get the care and attention that brings them a true Fazenda experience.
Whilst our team are such a big part of our restaurant, it’s you, our Fazendeiros, that have contributed to our successful first year.
