As 2024 draws to a close, we look back on a year filled with shared moments, milestones, and unforgettable memories.
Our Managing Director and Co-Founder, Tomás Maunier, reflects on some of the highlights that have made this year truly special.
'This year has been one for the books, and we have seen the fruits of our hard work and dedication come to life. The loyalty of you, our guests, and the passion of our Team made every success possible. Your feedback and support continue to inspire us to share the essence of the Fazenda Experience.'
This year (to date), we welcomed more than half a million of you through our doors. You made it clear what you loved most – pairing our succulent cuts with over 60,000 bottles of Malbec. Our newly introduced Indulgent Cuts, Roasted Bone Marrow and Wagyu New York Strip took center stage as guest favorites. And this year, the spotlight also shined on the Fazenda Especial cocktail, a signature creation you simply couldn’t get enough of.
The launch of our latest menu saw a refined offering that celebrates the core of who we are, sharing flavours from the Pampas that harness the Art of Churrasco.
Beyond our restaurants, we strongly believe in giving back to the community and doing our part in each of the cities we call home. This year, we supported numerous causes across our local communities, as well as national and international initiatives. With the help of you, Fazendeiros, we raised money for the likes of Zoe’s Place Children’s Hospice, Cyrenians and Action Against Hunger, to name but a few.
As part of our collective commitment to helping drive positive change, we were extremely grateful to have received the** Green Apple Award** for our work with Gift Trees, which saw us plant 253,000 trees as of November 2024. Again, something we would not have been able to achieve without you.
We were honoured to receive the Chair’s Award at the Downtown in Business City of Manchester Business Awards, and to become a Business Affiliate of Les Clefs d’Or GB, the International Concierge Society. We were also were shortlisted for accolades like Restaurant of the Year and Excellence in Hospitality and Events, with some shining stars of our business receiving individual awards.
We are inexplicably proud of the Team that pour their heart and soul into delivering a Fazenda Experience that you all have come to know and love.
From featuring on Celebrity Masterchef and our first debut at Meatopia, to partnerships with some excellent brands such as Chandon, we can safely say that while there are too many highlights to mention, it's been a year to remember! We hope you, our guests, experienced as much joy from these things as we did.
Allow me to finish with one last, but truly heartfelt thank you to each of you who have chosen to visit our restaurants this year. We're extremely fortunate to have a wealth of quite frankly incredible restaurants on our door step, and we feel an immense amount of gratitude each time you trust us to deliver an unforgettable experience.
Next year, we’re setting the table for even more unforgettable moments. From new culinary creations to refined dining experiences, we’re ready to share it all with you.
