Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise, coach and mentor members of the waiting team. Oversee service on the restaurant floor, ensuring the highest standards of products and service are delivered to guests, in a timely manner, maintaining and enhancing sales and customer care levels and the reputation of the business. Assist the Management Team with the effective and efficient running of the restaurant.
