Duties & Responsibilities

As a Kitchen Porter you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen, including food preparation areas and the dishwash area, and all of the crockery, cutlery, utensils and equipment used by the FOH and BOH staff. You will be responsible for looking after the areas you work within, making sure they are clean, tidy and well maintained at all times.
