Bife ancho is cut from the prime part of the rib eye. The beautiful marbling on the rib eye provides its superb flavor, juiciness and texture.
The ga├║cho chefs know that such a finely marbled cut of beef needs to be finely seasoned. They apply just a touch before sealing it on our grill and then bring it to your table and cook it exactly to your liking. An amazing experience only found at Fazenda.
