We are delighted to have some new cuts and some previous Fazenda classics for our guests under our ‘Butcher’s Choice’ selection.
These are cuts of meat carefully selected by our Butcher and can vary on a daily or weekly basis as he’s bringing the freshest gems he finds and therefore quantities are never the same.
Among those meats we have featured so far in our Butcher’s Choice selection were lamb cutlets and ribeye, two meats we have had in our menu before, and Marucha (Oysterblade) a new juicy, fat-marbled and tender meat our guests loved.
Don’t forget to ask our passadores which meat is featured on our Butcher’s Choice selection next time you visit.
