Rathbone Wine Masterclass – October 2015
In October our wine masterclass will focus on Australian producer Rathbone and their wines.
The Rathbone family is committed to producing wines of quality and distinction and providing an environment that allows its passionate young teams to thrive. In 1995 they put their dream into reality with the purchase of a vegetable farm in the Yarra Valley which would become ‘Yering Station’. With the family’s background in agriculture and manufacturing and their passion for the wine industry it wasn’t long before they expanded their interests and purchased 3 more estates that would later become ‘Mount Langi Ghiran’, ‘Parker Coonawarra Estate’ and ‘Xanadu wines’.
The cost of the event is £10 plus your Fazenda meal (please note that any additional drinks and/or desserts will need to be paid separately.) During the masterclass our guests will be able to enjoy 6 different wines, learn more about the winery, their production methods and the wines’ food-pairing characteristics.
